We don't sell our merchandise through the Internet, sorry.
- Can I call an order in to Eva Couture?
No, sorry. Even if you would be interested in buying of one of our Other Designers
or My Collection dresses, it is still highly desirable to visit us in person
to ensure the perfect and flattering fit.
- What is your price range?
You can find prices on items from the Other Designers selection or from our
My Collection dresses on their corresponding web pages. Regarding our services
(custom tailoring, alteration), estimates are available by phone.
- Does each and every customer ordering custom made clothing gets her
own personalized pattern?
Absolutely! A precise paper pattern is prepared, based on your personal measurements
and requirements. The only thing that is the same for our customers is our
commitment to quality.
- Does Eva Couture offer a guarantee?
Yes. All Eva Couture creations carry a lifetime free repair of any seam. A
guarantee is only as good as the company,wich is why we offer you the best.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
Although we guarantee our work, custom made or custom fitted gowns are special
order items and therefore can not be returned or exchanged.
